Teachers at the elementary school “Creative Quill” are specially educated for a modern approach toward grading and application of methods which facilitate an active role of the student in acquiring knowledge. In the atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding, with high level of motivation aimed at reaching academic goals of the school, teachers set the best example for their students.
Professional staff acknowledges students as unique personalities and approaches them in a professional manner, objectively and impartially, in order to observe their unique talents and abilities.
Research, experiments, discussions and multimedia classes are a few ways we can develop critical thinking and student engagement in acquiring knowledge building on already gained knowledge.
“Kreativno pero” will measure the success of its methods through standardized tests aimed at analyzing and improving the curriculum.
Students’ education is fulfilled and elevated by a psychologist, a pedagogue and the School administration. In accordance with the school curriculum, and interests and needs of students, other special experts can actively participate in student’s education.
